YOUR BIGGEST BREASTFEEDING CHEERLEader
No two feeding experiences are the same, and I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to supporting them. This is why I think 1:1 support and information is important. Whether you're preparing to breastfeed during pregnancy, navigating the overwhelm that can come in those first days with a newborn, working through unexpected challenges or celebrating a journey that is now coming to a close, you deserve to feel informed, supported and heard. My background being a birth doula for the last decade(+) shines through no matter what mother-baby connection we're focusing on.
I'm here to provide evidence-based education, guidance, encouragement and a judgment-free space to ask the questions that you can't seem to find the answers to. I'll celebrate the wins with you, help you work through the hard moments and (when something falls outside of my scope), help connect you with the right support.
From preparation and feeding support to documenting first feeds, final feeds and everything in between, these services are designed to support and honour every chapter of your breastfeeding journey.

ways we can work together

Feeding Circles

$25 plus taxes per weekly circle

Feeding Circles will happen in Regina on Sundays from 10:00am-12:00pm. This will be an honest, supportive space to share your feeding story and be in community by other women who are in the same season of you. Your spot includes feeding guidance, at least one natural photo of you and your little one, group images for social media advertising (unless you specifically opt out of this), plus light snacks. Location will only be provided to attendees, to ensure the safety of our group.

Lactation Support

$125 plus taxes (and mileage)

A thorough in-home breastfeeding support session for families in Regina and surrounding areas. This on average lasts anywhere from 60-90 minutes. We'll discuss your feeding experience so far, I'll assess both you and your baby, watch a full feeding and then come up with a plan that fits your goals and feels realistic for your family.
Initial consultation: $125 plus taxes.
Follow-up: $75 plus taxes, then $50 plus taxes for subsequent appointments.

Photography

$300 plus taxes (and mileage)
Whether it's a first feed or you're preparing for a final feed, breastfeeding sessions are such a sweet way to document this intimately shared experience. These sessions last anywhere from 30-60 minutes (we work on baby time) and focus on the mother-baby dyad.
You will receive 10+ digital images via online downloadable gallery, as well as a small linen photo album of your images. This makes for a keepsake that you can look back on years from now, when you want to revisit and honour all that your body has done.

let's (virtually) work together

Virtual Support

$75 plus taxes

A virtual 60 minute breastfeeding support session for when you need reassurance or help troubleshooting. We'll work through your questions together and create a plan that supports your feeding goals. This is available to anyone within and outside of Canada.
This offer is also available for birth processing calls, both for mothers and birth professionals. You can select a time (or request another time of your choosing) here.

Breastfeeding Preparation Guide

$75 plus taxes

Breastfeeding is more than learning how to latch. It is a relationship between your baby, your body, your hormones and your nervous system. Breastfeeding and Your Nervous System (coming soon) is a guide that helps you understand the science behind oxytocin, milk release, stress and connection so that you can approach feeding with more confidence, understanding and support.

Birth Preparation Guide

$75 plus taxes
Understanding birth, your options and the physiology matters. But information alone doesn't prepare your body for one of the most physically demanding experiences it may ever go through.
Birth and Your Nervous System (coming soon) is a guide that helps you understand how your nervous system responds during labor. Through evidence-based information and exercises, you’ll learn how to develop responses that support your body through the physical experience of birth.
